Positive: Breakfast was great, fantastic variety and Abdeladi really looked after us! The hotel location is very close to the Medina, restaurants, banks etc. The private beach section and restaurant are an added bonus. Staff do go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Wi-fi worked well 99% of the time, not an issue for us. Generous dimensions of room and balcony (superior twin with pool view).

Negative: Internal works will continue pretty much until October 2026 or so, which is a little disappointing. Works aren’t disruptive of everyday activity, but the hotel does not present in its full splendour. Our room has already been renovated, and that was perfect, but the indoor pool is still not in use. The outdoor pool and surrounding sunbathing area is great but November is not warm enough for outdoor swimming so we missed out on that. The hotel bar is a nice space to hang out after dinner. 60DH for a 750cl bottle of mineral water is excessive, when you can get a 1.5L bottle for 6DH at the Medina. That said, a small complimentary water bottle is left in the room every day and, as said before, there are small touches of generous treatment overall.

Summary: All in all, a great experience.

Positive: The location is good. The staff friendly. The size of the room is good but it lacks character and comfort. It's a bit basic for a hotel that considers itself 4-5 stars...

Negative: The breakfast was very poor. Instead of replenishing food and plates when they were running low, they'd wait until there was nothing or none left and then take quite a while to replenish. This applied to plates, bread, pancakes, and probably other things too. The choice was limited and everything looked a bit tired. The staff was slow to bring drinks etc and the fact that the breakfast finishes at 10am in a holiday destination is a bit too early. The rooms are ok but lack character as does much of the hotel. There are a lot of empty spaces that feel abandoned. Even the bar area lacks character and comfort. It was a disappointing stay all in all.

Summary: Disappointing, hotel with little character and a tired feel. Could do much better.

Positive: The location is fantastic. Just a 10 minute walk to the port and the medina, and the hotel M Beach restaurant right on the beach was great for sundowners, and with good food. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. The pool was great after a day sightseeing.

Negative: The room snd balcony were a little tired but didn’t detract from our stay. There were building works going on but we couldn’t hear it and didn’t cause us any disruption.

Summary: Good value for money. A great location and lovely pool for a bit of relaxation. Lovely staff.

Positive: Excellent location just few minutes walking to the entrance of the Medina, just in front of the beach well equipped and safe with guards, even if the city is very very safe with friendly people. The staff in reception was very helpful and kind, also the buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff was very kind. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped with terrace with splendid view to the ocean. Definitely we will come back again and recommend to our friends.
