Summary: Fabulous stay in a historic, well maintained, immaculate property. The building mixes original antiques with modern plumbing/amenities. Really spacious. I can’t say enough good things about this property. The owner/host speaks English and was so helpful as we sat at their beautiful bar with champagne. If in Cauterets this is the place to stay.

Summary: A lovely quaint hotel in the middle of Cauterets, just a few minutes walk from a variety of eateries. The hotel has lots of traditional character, but has also been updated to provide modern in-room services such as coffee pod machines, refrigerators and good, powerful showers. The only downside is the lack of dedicated parking, but that applies equally to almost all hotels in the centre of Cauterets. There is however ample free parking a short walk from the hotel, to which you can move your car after dropping your luggage at the hotel door.

Summary: My wife had injured her leg skiing and the hotel very kindly and efficiently allowed us early check-in. The staff were warm, friendly and courteous and made us feel cared for. We had a lovely traditional dinner in the restaurant which we very much enjoyed. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and we would definitely return.
