Positive: Loved the peace and serenity at Le Life We felt far away from the hustle & bustle of the world and the breeze throughout our stay was cooling and welcoming in the Vanuatan climate. The staff were so friendly and was very interesting to talk to Jacques the owner. Great place overall! By the ocean, swimming was so wonderful 😊 and the bungalows were lovely.

Negative: We loved everything about our stay. It was however easy to miss room service which we did 2 days in a row, so good the check with staff they are actually coming over to clean the room.

Positive: The accommodation in the bungalows was beautiful and there are other options as well such as smaller fares and glamping. The staff are amazing making you feel at home and are there to help and care anytime of the day. The food was exquisite.

Negative: The room wasn’t made up when we got there at 5pm. When ordering food or drink it was often unavailable. It’s hard to get staff’s attention to check in/out, order something or buy something.

Positive: Beautiful location with fantastic snorkelling our front. Friendly staff and generous room servicing (what a pleasure to have fresh sheets and dishes done most days!). Kids loved the friendly dogs and we always felt welcomed. Our bungalow looked right over the first sandy bay which is very safe - so the kids could swim while we laid on our verandah and watched.

Negative: I think increasing the price slightly but making the kayaks and snorkel gear free would be amazing. I also think food could be improved (or price lowered) - but considering the remoteness and newly trained staff, I think they did great.

Positive: Loved the location. Great to base ourselves for a couple of days to explore the other side of Efate. Bungalows on the waterfront were brilliant. Lovely staff and welcoming owners. A variety of food to choose from with a local touch. All were very tasty.

Negative: We thought it was great. It's not a 5 star resort however that's not what we expected or paid for.
