Positive: The apartment is very well located if one plans to visit the nicest villages of Alsace with your own car. It is a quiet area on the tourist road. Very comfortable apartment for two couples, keeping good privacy. Also, a very well equipped apartment, with almost everything one needs.

Negative: There is a minor, and manageable, issue/aspect with respect to the ventilation of the toilet (sanitary). The ventilation is not directed to the outside, but it's to the bathroom. Perhaps a little architectural addition might turn it to 100%.
