Positive: Comfortable spacious apartment, plenty of room to relax on wrap-around outside deck, beautiful garden, ore of the ocean in the distance. Very pleasant and accommodating owners.

Negative: To get to the apartment by car you have to take very narrow cobblestone streets, some with sharp turns, and deep ditches on both sides.

Summary: Quiet pleasant apartment with beautiful view.

Positive: Hosts were very nice and helpful (with information, washing clothes, ...). Apartment is very spacious and clean. Veranda is very pleasant, under the roof (so pleasant shade), with nice views and nice breeze in the evening. AC worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. It is not far from the beach (500m) and buses from Fort-de-France stop quite close (200m), main bus stop is further away. Shops and restaurants are close to the beach.

Negative: The surrounding area is mostly ok, though slightly run down. Isolation of the windows is not the best so AC is probably quite inefficient, but was not practical issue for us. AC is only in the bedroom, which we knew beforehand and were fine with.
