Located 15km from the beaches, seaside resorts and the town of Guingamp with all services and TGV, in the center of its small quiet village, the cottage of Saint Guy is immersed in the local heritage, close to the fountain and its washhouse, from the church and surrounded by the charming little towns of character of Tregor such as Pontrieux, the village of 50 washhouses, nicknamed the Breton Venice or the castle of La Roche Jagu, protecting the Trieux estuary, which are 10 & 15km
Freshly renovated and offering modern comfort with an elegant and timeless decoration, the gîte de Saint Guy accommodates up to 5 adults and 1 child in its 3 bedrooms.
On the first floor, A large living room with open kitchen, equipped and fitted, opening onto the small enclosed garden with garden furniture for 4 people. Wc and cloakroom. Flat screen TV.
