One host? No! We think big, so there are three of us to offer you the best possible service: Fabienne, Audrey and Valérie! We're a great team, warm and friendly to our travelers. You'll find us at the residence reception desk to welcome you and answer any questions you may have about our beautiful Maurienne valley.

We do our utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

If you're looking to reconnect with nature and the stunning scenery the mountains have to offer, or if you're looking for hiking or other mountain sports (canyoning, archery, mountain biking, climbing, etc.), this apartment is for you! Because effort rhymes with comfort, you can enjoy an aperitif in a local brewery and discover the secrets behind the production of our mountain beers. Here, we leave nothing to chance...

As a reminder, the residence is located at the top of the village of Avrieux, renowned for its tranquility, far from the tourist crowds of the resorts. However, there are a number of ski resorts within easy reach by car or shuttle (winter only, check with the Tourist Offices): Aussois (7km), La Norma (5km), Valcenis Vanoise and Valfréjus (17 km).

Your accommodation is fully equipped for 10 people. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with TV and pull-out sofa bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. The apartment also features a mountain corner with a bunk bed. Private access to a bathroom and a small bathroom. A terrace completes this property.

Bed linen (comforter, pillow, sheets) and towels (one large and one small towel and a bath mat) are included in the price.

The apartment is entirely dedicated to you. The only common areas are the breakfast room, laundry room and sauna.

Guests benefit from free outdoor parking shared with other guests in the residence. Covered private parking is available at extra cost.

You can collect your keys from reception, where our hosts will welcome you until 7pm every day.
If you wish to arrive later in the evening/night, please let us know so that we can leave the keys with you and explain how to collect them.

Reception is open Monday to Sunday from 8.30am to 11.30am and from 4.15pm to 6.30pm.
