Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Town center location in a quiet residential area, a code was provided to access our keys by the front door. We stayed for two nights. The property is a renovated house with two apartments and we were the only occupiers. We never met our hosts but they were easily contactable by phone. A good sized, ground floor, one bedroom apartment with large bathroom and corner spa bathtub with extendable shower head and corner seat, a large sink and vanity unit, bidet and w.c. all in good working order and spotlessly clean. The double bed was comfortable, if on the firm side, but that's a matter of personal preference, the bedroom was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and a door leading out to a small back courtyard. The kitchen-living room was comfortable and clean, with a single sofa-bed, armchairs, tv and portable air conditioner, which we didn't use as the property was quite cool at night in spite of 33c temperatures in the daytime. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and more, to prepare a meal had we so wished. There was a good sized fridge/freezer and breakfast table with chairs. We found the property very quiet and traffic noise was minimal.

Negative: Nothing to dislike, although a curtain over the front door would have been useful to shade the sitting area, as the afternoon sun was quite bright and shone in through the part-glazed door. A small table and chairs would make the courtyard area more usable, although it's overlooked by another house.

Summary: Great value for money and happy to stay there again.
