Positive: We stayed in this apartment for one night with my two children, and we absolutely loved the experience. Although the official check-in time was until 19:00, we informed the host in advance and she kindly agreed to meet us later. We arrived very late, but she was incredibly welcoming, helped us with parking, explained everything in detail, and truly made us feel cared for from the very first minute. What touched us the most was her genuine kindness — when we couldn’t figure out how to make tea, she even came back late in the evening to help and support us. That level of attention and warmth is rare and unforgettable. The apartment was warm, spotless (I’m very picky about cleanliness!), and had such a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. There were also plenty of breakfast treats, coffee, tea, and drinks provided — a wonderful surprise, especially when traveling with children. We were truly impressed by the service and the overall comfort. My youngest child also accidentally left her shoes in the apartment after we checked out, and the host helped us return them quickly and conveniently. We are very grateful for that as well.

Positive: This is a spacious apartment with lots of comfort and character located in on an upper floor of a period building in the historic centre of Amelia. A very generous selection of coffee, pastries and juices is provided in the room — plus a voucher to have breakfast in a nearby cafe, if preferred.

Negative: Nothing not to like. Everything done well.

Positive: Paola is an amazing host! she met us at the door and explained everything we needed to know! there is a luggage elevator in the building, its important! the place is fully equipped, the balcony is amazing and we loved to visit this apartment in the historical center of Amelia. It was a pleasure to us! every detail is where it should be and even more. the treats and the coffee was so spot on!

Negative: we didn't find a socket for the toaster oven near it, so we needed to bring it to the dining table to cook

Positive: It is a beautiful flat in a beautiful medieval town on Amelia. The flat was spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and very well equipped - the owner Paola made sure we have sufficient amenities, coffee and sweets, even welcome drink! She made us feel very welcomed. It is only a few hundred yards from shops and restaurants too. You can get out to the balcony and can see the roofs of the town. Everything was magical. We had a great time.

Negative: There isn't really anything we didn't like it here! If you are driving, you probably need some instructions from Paola what to do, as it is in the middle of the medieval town / narrow street (and uphill) so I guess it is best not to drive all the way up to the building. There are parkings outside the city wall and it's not far from there as well. We didn't have a car so it wasn't an issue.

Positive: Everything! The property was beautiful and located in the historical district with shops, cafes, restaurants and historical sites. The neighborhood has various elevations that provides beautiful views of the town. The property owner was very kind and provided everything you could possibly need and then some.
