Positive: Quite area with a playground nearby.

Negative: The property repeatedly marked valid credit cards as invalid and later explained it by the need to pay via their payment system. This created lots of stress right after booking. The kitchen utensils were multiple, but mostly useless. The coffee machine was calcinated and we were not able to use it. The balcony chairs broken (what we reported immediately to avoid being accused of breaking them).

Positive: A fully equipped apartment in excellent condition. Found it to be exactly what we needed. Good food market and a great restaurant right across the street. Good bakery just a 15 minute walk too. Trolley stop across the street as well! Enjoyed the balcony. Overall Chatillon is a nice locale.

Negative: Funky pillows, balky TV. The main street side a tad noisy. Second bathroom has the dryer but no sink. One surprise is Chatillon is a two-fare zone into Paris.

Summary: Good property for a group of friends.
