Positive: What an excellent overnight stay. Just a shame we could not stay longer. Our lovely host was perfect and went out of her way to make sure we had a lovely stay. Her recommendation for an evening meal in Vertus was spot on. The breakfast in the morning was worth every penny, just because it included the best croissant I have ever had! In the morning, we took the optional tour of the winery. Was that a good experience? Of course it was!

Negative: Why could have been better? Actually, nothing. Some will always find something to complain about. But please, get a life.

Summary: Perfect. It’s hard to build.

Positive: It is a lovely building in a quiet and interesting small town, with the green champagne fields all around. The toom was spacious as was the bathroom, well equipped, the young woman who received us and seemed to be working there all alone was charming and very helpful..

Negative: There was no wifi, no slippers in the room, no body lotion and no coffee or tea making facility. We would expect these things at the price.

Positive: Really good guest house nestled among vineyards. Spacious rooms with great views. Very clean. Friendly staff. There is parking in the guest house.

Negative: You must keep in mind that there will not be many restaurants and places to relax nearby. BUT! if you want to relax in beauty with your soulmate, then this place is great!

Positive: Simply everything. This is an exceptional property that has far exceeded our expectations. Ludovic was simply the Best and he fulfilled all our wishes such as arranging a great restaurant for us and recommending outdoor activities. In addition, he is also a great sommelier. Our room overlooked the vinyards and the view was absolutely stunning. It was very clean with a vintage bathtub and comfortable bed/ linen. The breakfast, which was a dream, was even served on the terrasse in the sunshine (end of oct). Really amazing. This property is immaculate, has on-site parking and pets are more than welcome. This B&B definitely has a lot of flair…. I sincerely recommend this beautiful and tasteful place!!!
