Negative: There is no private bathroom, it is the other side of the corridor. It is only private when you are the only guest. The doors make a lot of noise when open / closed (maybe a drip of oil can help) Our breakfast was very basic. You don't need an alarm clock, the dog start barking under the window at 6:30

Negative: We locked the front door at night, then were unable to open it, the key needed a specific knack that I didnt know, so we were locked in at night with our worried dog who wanted to go out at 3am with an upset stomach. This aspect was a nightmare. In the morning I called the host and she unlocked for us. There could have been a sign saying don't lock, or maybe service the lock even...

Positive: The hostess was amazing - friendly and very helpful. She recommended great restaurants nearby and interesting sites to see. A welcome bottle of champagne and lovely breakfast in the mornings were a great touch.
Negative: Be aware that there is one bathroom servicing 3 bedrooms, so if you are travelling with family this is OK. If there are other guests, it could be inconvenient.
