Summary: The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels.

Summary: Staff was very helpful, hotel was lovely, the swimming pool and spa was great. The town was very safe and friendly and railway station was only a short walk where you can get a free train to Luxembourg city etc.

Summary: We booked the suite. Very big , beautiful and good price. Sauna facility also very nice except for the jacuzzi that had much to cold water. For the rest everything was perfect!

Summary: Two day spa stay in Clerveaux on our way to Cologne. Although the hotel is in need of a full renovation, the staff was courteous and the SPA was first class.

Summary: Nice rooms, but beds did not have a fitted sheet between flat sheet and mattress protector, so you had to sleep in contact with either the mattress protector or the comforter. I asked for a fitted sheet, but none was provided.
