Positive: Our check-in went smoothly. The junior suite was OK, the staff at the spa was very helpfull, professional.

Negative: The sauna itself was fine. Half of the other guests didn't quite get the idea. We had people at the hamman with towels on! The food at the restaurants was barely passable. (we went to the brasserie and to the Italian place) The waiter at the brasserie was totally unprofessional. Breakfast was very crowdy, there were not enough plates, cups and cutlery, the waiting time for a cup of coffee was totally too long. We were expecting a stay at a boutique hotel, not at a slightly upgraded mass tourist facility.

Summary: Next year we won't be coming back.

Positive: The room was larger than expected, had a bathtub with jacuzzi and a fireplace which was a nice touch. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and the spa are shared with another hotel.
