Summary: Good site for a visit to Puy de domes (recommended) and good restaurant despite being one of the cheapest we used.

Summary: Convenient to our target destination, the Puy de Dome. Built on a very steep roadway, no convenient place to park to offload/ load baggage. Parking lot across the road in a ravine, difficult to access. Rooms redefined "small". Need to ask for a key for the room safe. Staff were hospitable and eager to please. Bedding was comfortable, sheeting satisfactory, all was very clean. Our room was at the back of the hotel and all was quiet, no street noise. Restaurant food was of sufficient quantity, tasty and at a reasonable price

Summary: Spent two nights here.An old spa town with interesting buildings and a good Tourist Office.We went by bus into Clermont Ferrand and had a great day.Excellent bus service.

Summary: Nice hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. We were able to use a garage for our motorcycles while we stayed - very useful and no extra charge! Good location for Royatonic and efficient bus service into Clarmont-Ferrand city centre. The car park and garage are based at the rear of the hotel and accessed via some quite steep steps - not a problem if fit and able - otherwise stop outside the front to drop your bags off! Some rooms have been updated, but all clean and tidy - housestaff attended too each day. Overall a good stay and good location for touring the surrounding area.

Summary: Good value medium budget hotel. frequented by French travellers and business people. so food and service good for price. friendly staff. internet did keep dropping out but could have been the weather! very convenient for both city centre and Puy De Dome. restaurant open every night. Thankfully.

Summary: Reception was great helped us with our poorly spoken Fŕench. Waiting staff could not do enough to make our meals enjoyable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
