Positive: The location is excellent. It is just a two-minute walk from the town centre, where you can find everything you need such as a supermarket, butcher, pharmacy and cafés. Despite being so central, the house is located in a very quiet little street with no traffic, which makes it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. There is a small free parking area just at the end of the street, which is very convenient. The outdoor space is really well thought out. We enjoyed the small pool, the loungers, the shaded dining area and the gas plancha which was perfect for summer meals. The agency handling the rental was absolutely lovely. They were friendly, helpful and very responsive. Communication was smooth and reassuring. Wi-Fi was good and the TV was connected to Freebox (Netflix, etc). The house was clean, well maintained and fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

Negative: The upstairs bedrooms are unfortunately not ideal for adults. They are small, become very hot in summer and have interior windows that open onto the living room, which makes it hard to have real privacy or silence. Some improvements in ventilation or layout would make a big difference and take the overall experience to the next level.

Negative: Not clean at all , even told us they have a video it was, when we were in the property and checked ourselves It is not kept seriously in check.

Positive: Lovely peaceful little home in the middle of Sausset les pins. Everything you need in a small space! Our boys loved the sandpit. Unfortunately it was too cold for the swimming pool. Amelie was very welcoming and even met us at the train station!

Negative: We had a bit of problems with the hot water but once we got the knack it was ok
