Positive: The spacious apartment is located in a quiet street very close to centre. There is a large terrace to relax on. Parking is available on the street - at reasonable price - but you may need to park a block or so away. Arriving before people get home from work is recommended if you have a car. This place was good value given how close to centre it is.

Negative: Minor problems only. While mattress was comfortable, the pillows could do with an upgrade. The apartment is on first level so you have to climb one set of steep stairs. It did not bother us but worth noting if you have heavy luggage.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Mathilda & Clement’s apartment. Communications were excellent and getting into the apartment was easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay of several days. The location is great, easy walking from the train station and to the sights of Reims. We enjoyed it, and hope to stay again in the future.

Positive: The hosts were great. It was exceptionally cold in Reims and the heating was struggling a bit. I mentioned this to the hosts and within an hour or so, they had brought a radiator. Also a great location for visiting the center of Reims with easy parking. The apartment is on a quiet street, so no problems sleeping. Everything was clean and working properly. A great place to stay when visiting Reims.

Negative: No meaningful complaints. I think that the only issue I had was trying to find a dustpan to sweep something I dropped on the floor. Otherwise, too bad I was visiting in winter during a cold snap...the outside terrace looked like it would be terrific in the summertime!

Positive: The location is brilliant. We walked everywhere, even to the main station to catch trains to Epernay and Paris. There is also a great terrace outside which we used at night when our little one was sleeping.

Negative: There are a few stairs (which we knew were there). Just meant having to carry our daughter up/down, but again we knew this so it wasn’t a big deal. Tip: have a travel pram and you’re fine.
