Summary: Nous avons passé un très bon wee-end en famille au Chal'Heureux. Il offre une ambiance très "montagne", des espaces intérieurs "cosy" et d'autres extérieurs, une cuisine bien équipée, des salles de bain agréables... Il faut être bien valide pour affronter tous les escaliers, mais il y a des rampes.

Summary: Chalet très agréable, très convivial pour un séjour à 8 adultes. On se sent dans une maison de famille, très personnalisée, bien équipée et avec une architecture intérieure originale, sur 5 demi niveaux mais où tout communique. Le paysage environnant était tout couvert de neige, ambiance hiver.

Summary: We stayed at this property for 4 nights. The property had everything to make our stay unforgettable. The kitchen specially is fully supplied & makes cooking easy & enjoyable. The location of the property is breathtaking. The property's promotion pictures don't make justice to its beauty. Christophe was very accommodating to the few requests we had. I would not hesitate to rent this property again in the future.

Summary: Nous avons beaucoup aimé le chalet, en effet très chaleureux, l'ameublement et ses équipements, très fonctionnels et de qualité. Les jeux à disposition ont également été appréciés. La répartition des espaces et les deux salles de bain/WC permettent de vivre collectivement dans de bonnes conditions d'intimité. Sa situation, par rapport à Saint-Pierre de Chartreuse où l'on trouve les commerces nécessaires, et par rapport aux nombreux sites environnants à découvrir, est parfaite. Nous vous adressons les quelques remarques suivantes : nous n'avons pas reçu le mail avec les informations pour trouver le chalet, nous avons ainsi peiné à trouver son emplacement, l'adresse qui nous avait été communiquée était incomplète (le numéro ne figurait pas par exemple) et aucun panneau ne permettait d'identifier ce chalet. Nous avons demandé au voisinage de nous aider, et les personnes interrogées ne connaissaient pas son nom. Lors de la réservation, il était indiqué que les serviettes de bain étaient fournies : à quelques jours de notre séjour, nous avons reçu un mail nous informant qu'il fallait apporter les serviettes. Lorsque j'ai adressé un mail à ce sujet, la réponse a été assez sèche stipulant seulement qu'il fallait apporter ses serviettes. Enfin en arrivant, en faisant la visite avec la personne qui nous a reçus, nous nous sommes aperçus qu'un des lits n'était pas préparé (celui de l'avant dernier niveau) : la personne nous a affirmé que ce lit n'était pas compté et pas considéré comme un lit. Après vérification des informations de location, ce lit était bien compté, et nous avions demandé que tous les lits soient préparés. Ce lit n'avait donc pas de draps. Pour les deux lits du dernier étage, les housses de couettes laissées étaient des housses une personne : les couettes n'y entraient pas et une seule personne pouvait dormir dans chacun de ces lits.
