Positive: Good sized windows so sufficient light in main room. Good large kitchen. Area full of beautiful old buildings, restaurants, shopping streets. Clean. Friendly pizza restaurant at street that allowed me to stay inside while trying to contact the owner for letting me in.

Negative: At arrival I didn't get in and couldn't reach the property owners. The WhatsApp AI bot stopped responding before it helped me. Took 2 hours to figure out how to get in. The material of some cupboard doors are cheap and will probably be hanging crooked within a year. The kitchen is great, but kitchenware not fit for serious cooking (missing small pans, wooden ladle etc).
