Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this house! The view from the terrace was beautiful, which we enjoyed every day. Although the equipment inside was not as exceptional, the air conditioning was very helpful in the high temperatures. Additionally, the close proximity to the beach was a major plus. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it for a beachside vacation!

Positive: Location, Maria very helpful trying to sort inadequacies of accommo out for us, as much as possible. Grounds were good as was secure parking through automatic gates.

Negative: The kitchen was not equipped well to cook a simple meal or even breakfast. The size & layout didn't help & yes we know these buildings are old but it really is time to upgrade the shabby interior. Would not be suitable for 4 persons- as no living space other than deck & had to come inside at dusk as bugs started to bite. Kitchen table was against the wall & only had 2 chairs & only room for 2 chairs. No kettle to make tea, coffee cups consisted of 4 extra small espresso cups. Bathroom had nowhere to put toilet bags etc. The plugs in bathroom & kitchen leaked, impossible to have shave or do dishes. TV was in 2nd bedroom & told we could move to other bedroom- don't know where this was supposed to sit. Bed was very hard with no decent mattress protectors or pillow protectors. We had upstairs southern unit. No condiments provided, usually most offer tea , coffee, jams, milk etc but nothing on offer here. No ice tray, annoying again. A lot of this could be fixed easily if there was a will. Kitchen wall needs to be bashed out & kitchen living area made.
