Summary: Le Carré Sainte-Anne Overall this place is great especially its location. However, due to the flight delayed we had to check-in late. They charged us extra fee because they had to hand in the key in person.

Summary: Le Carré Sainte-Anne "Nice location and decor, very poor customer service 🙂 Location was great, having two proper bedrooms was better than a sofa bed 🙁 Excessive amount of spam messages from the property, inflexible about check-in time (much less convenient than a hotel), the apartment was on the top floor and the weather was hot and there was only one fan, I requested another fan (for the people sleeping in the other room) and they said no, minimal water pressure in the shower, they tried to withhold some of the security deposit because they said we didn't return the second set of keys (but they had only given us one set of keys), there are a lot of rules for the customer to follow but the company didn't seem to feel obligated to treat the customer by any set of rules of respect"

Summary: Le Carré Sainte-Anne This is a delightful location and very convenient to walking to everything. The apartment is very quiet. It is located on the top floor of the building (2 flights of stairs). It overlooks the private courtyard on one side. There is a manual that explains everything as well as includes restaurant suggestions. The apartment is small but perfect for 2 people. It has a wash machine. The kitchen is slick! We were greeted at the door upon arrival. The place is spotless.
