Positive: The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable . Well located and near a metro station.

Negative: The upstairs bedroom aircon is very noisy and very hot during summer. No safe access to windows to get fresh air.

Negative: The only thing that could have been better was the air conditioning, the room upstairs was very warm!

Positive: Lovely big spacious lounge. Kitchen well equipped. The internet and smart TV were brilliant.

Negative: The stairs leading to the loft were a problem as well as the lack of toilet upstairs. The toilet downstairs was very small.

Summary: Comfortable unit maybe better suited to younger fitter people.

Positive: Everything is good. the staff Ali, help my mum who is an elderly to bring her heavy luggage up 2 storey and we are grateful for that. amenities are good. the apartment has everything you need. Deco is modern and nice.

Positive: there is no breakfast provided.

Negative: even having informed that we would be coming around an hour before the check in time nobody was available, and we are left on the road with luggage for more than one hour. The property is on the second floor and no lift and in fact the staircase is a wooden one is utmost dangerous even to walk without any luggage as the staircase is completely bent and if you don't take care while walking like holding both the railings you will fall to ground. Not at all recommended to the people for the ages above 40 and below 10.
