Summary: Absolutely amazing evening meal, a gourmet delight. We had the 'plats' but several mid courses, amuse-bouches etc arrived too and everything was delicious. The room was small though and very little hot shower water in the morning (although tap water was hot). Breakfast was okay but not special.

Summary: Property was always clean. Restaurant was delicious! Staff was always helpful, cheerful and did their best to speak to us in English.

Summary: The hotel’s location is central and very convenient. The room was basic but quiet and comfortable. I wish there were facilities for tea/coffee in the room. Also, there were no TV channels in English language. There were repairs and road works around the hotel. Hence I could not use the hotel’s car park and had to park my rented car some distance away. I expected a better stay for visitors once the renovations and road works in Yssingeaux town centre are all done.

Summary: This hotel fulfilled our need for a stopover on a long trip perfectly. There was parking and a lovely outlook onto the square. It has something of a country motel air run by rather busy people, but that was fine for us.
