Positive: Actually the house is very close to Paris by metro! The métro was very close to the house. We reached Paris in 15-20 minutes. At the same time the street is quiet and looks like a village street, perfect after the tumult of the city. The flat has everything you need and really looks beautiful/warm. Antoine is very nice, anytime reachable and answers very fast.
Summary: We really enjoyed the place and our time in Paris.

Positive: The room was spacious and perfect for two people. Nice location, a bit far from the center of Paris, but there's a metro just up the road that takes you right there. The host was really nice as well.
Negative: The bed wasn't extremely comfortable. Everything else was perfect.

Positive: The studio was clean and spacious Nice little balcony giving on the parking and street Owner very friendly with nice daughter and rabbit
Negative: The parking was too small for luxury car and owner are going out often with their scooter with risk to scratch the car Owner door is in front of your door Bathroom window giving on owner window which is a bit disturbing We got bit by insects in the room Old fashion and home made fashion design Even tho that metro is not too far, Paris is about 40mins train Three keys to always keep, front gate, mid gate and room door

Positive: Very nice studio on a very convenient location! with a private parking and very close to metro station -only 30min away from Paris city center- it made our stay very nice! Host was very kind and always available to us for any question or tips!
Negative: Bed mattress; brand new but a bit soft.

Positive: The property was on a quiet street with free parking. There was a balcony looking out over the street, great for a quiet dinner while enjoying the sunset. The apartment had everything we needed, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The owner and his wife were very friendly and going the extra mile to make our stay a success ! Thank you
