Positive: Want to commend the front desk staff. Particularly the staff on the night we arrived. Ms. Vidhi Raval went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The location was great close to lots of restaurants and shops and easy access to the metro.

Negative: The bathtub was extremely slippery so needs to have a slipmat or a handrail in order to get in and out. The glass needs to extend out further so that when taking a shower you are not concerned with water hitting the floor.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and Le A and the staff were excellent.

Positive: Our stay at Lia Hotel Paris was absolutely perfect. Honestly, it deserves 20 out of 10! The room was beautiful, very comfortable, and completely spotless. You can really feel the attention to detail and cleanliness from the moment you walk in. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They went above and beyond to make our stay special — and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even more memorable. That level of hospitality is rare and truly appreciated. The location is unbeatable. Everything is within walking distance — restaurants, cafés, shopping, and major attractions. It made exploring Paris so easy and enjoyable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Positive: A beautiful small boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. Quiet yet very central. Gorgeous room , staff were so lovely and helpful , nothing was a trouble. Comfy bed and lovely furnishings. Afternoon tea was complimentary each day and was a delightful surprise . Felt like home every time we returned Will stay again.
