Positive: Very convenient location, very short walk to Metro station which has very good connections, including a direct line covering Gare du Nord. It is really quite central with panoramic view of the south of the city. The appartment is quite compact and open plan. There are plenty of restaurants around, although it seemed that we were in a "Chinatown" sort of area as 70% of the restaurants were Asian, just for information. We had free use of anything in the appartment. Olivier was very pleasant, and obliging. Our daughter particularly enjoyed the use of the indoor pool on the top floor.

Negative: There was no TV, but, to be honest, after a full day's sight seeing, this wasn't a big problem. The appartment has a few minor cosmetic issues, missing bathroom door, damaged plaster work, light fitting in bathroom insecure, a few missing skirting boards and architrave, a bit surprising considering Olivier is a constructor. This did not bother us at all, but might bother the fussy tenant.

Summary: Had a great stay, would recommend.

Positive: Le 300 by Happy NoWorry is a fantastic place for a stay in Paris, be it tourism, leisure or work. the location very near place d'italie is very well served by many buses and metro lines, the surroundings are very nice, and the apartment itself is very nice, stylish, inspiring and clean - with an absolutely incredible view overlooking Paris, the Grande Bibliotheque and many other places of interest.

Summary: An ideal place to stay, work, relax or just enjoy Paris.

Positive: The location is not among the main sites in Paris, however they are easily reached in 10-15 minutes by Metro. This was not a problem for us at all. Our host sent the best directions and area info we have ever received and he was very helpful and responsive.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Great location, comfortable bed and well stocked apartment. Host was very accommodating and punctual

Negative: One of the two elevators that serve the floor of this apartment is out of service until about mid-June ‘25 so there was sometimes a bit of a wait but still not too big of a problem.
