Positive: Overall stay was very nice... mostly joyce ma'am she guided us soo well and helped us in every possible way......the whole stay is equipped with lots of things to do....best place for staycation and whole staff is so helpful

Positive: The staff was super friendly and so sweet, we stayed twice and when we returned on the 2nd time. It felt like going back home. We loved that it has a big outdoor green space with a pool. It felt so tranquil to come back to. The healthy restaurant next door was a real gift to have. We loved the sense of calm there. We would definitely go back the 3rd time. Highly recommend this sanctuary of calm.

Positive: First Pros : 1) Priyanka the manager is a great host who helped us book our cab for local visit and took extra care that the cab arrangements are done properly. 2) Amazing restaurant with great food, MrManoj, Neha and Ankit hosted us really well. You can literally pluck vegetables from their personal kitchen garden and get your dish prepared. The dining room is amazing. 3) It has amazing location with some fab cafes and local restaurants nearby. Cons : 1) On our arrival, we have booked a twin bed sharing room but when we reached we were given double bed room. Ofcourse, after much hassle it was resolved by the staff providing an extra bedding but we were left with little option than to adjust. 2) There is less guidance on local tours at the reception until and unless you contact someone resourceful from the staff. A lot of times the staff was missing from the reception that landed us being defrauded on the very first day by local taxis, cabs cause of lack of knowledge. 3) The restaurant is good but we were disappointed when we had to wake up late at night cause the bill for the said day was brought to us to be cleared on immediate basis without anybody calling on the room landline to confirm our availability after a very hectic day. I recommend to book this property but ensure your arrangements are intact and confirmed on prior basis by calling and informing them in advance.

Positive: LCH fitness is a great place with all the comfort for a foreigner traveling in India. Staff was extremely kind and helpful, you get access to all the sport complex, for free, yoga classes each morning, clean swimming pool and so on. I definitely recommend this hotel. Prices are very correct for this quality
