Positive: Small guest house. Staff is friendly. Wi-fi was great. Breakfast was not included but availble for purchase. Decent breakfast and nice small restaurant (rooftop). Right across the street from the Mekong. Arranged transport for us and friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Breakfast was a bit limited and I would like to have more bread or pastries as now only one white toast bread. Also lacking juice options.

Positive: Overall the hotel met my expectations & needs. The room was well set out, cleaned daily, mini-bar restocked with water etc. The view from the balcony of my room looking northeast was fantastic, as a photographer it allowed me to capture some amazing sunrise photos over the Mekong River.

Negative: The one slight disappointment was the staff in the sky-bar and their lack of customer attention, lack of English language skills as it appeared only one staff member on duty at night spoke English well enough to take our food & drink orders. Oh and the prices were a little excessive for what was served on the menu.

Summary: Great location, plenty of outside eating option along the river front.

Positive: Beautiful hotel with great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the staff who work at reception desk. I enjoyed the view of the Mekong River at Sky Bar with a glass of beer and delicious food where I could relax in the evening after my full day meeting. The room is well cleaned, and the breakfast options were also good. It is highly recommended if you visit Kampong Cham Province.

Positive: The room that I stayed in was spacious and well cleaned with a beautiful view of the Kizuna Bridge and the Mekong River from the balcony. The restaurant staff were attentive, and the food was delicious. A truly lovely hotel!

Negative: Staff doesn't speak so good English. It was poor choice in breakfast. Not much to choose from if you want western food. I could drink the coffee, so I should buy extra coffee at the barista.
