Positive: Everything!! If the rating was higher then a 10, I would have given that...the house, the yard, the view, the comfort...it was all AMAZING!!

Negative: Having to leave...

Positive: The home was in a good location, nice amenities. Was perfect for a get away for a few days. Loaded with almost all necessary items in kitchen and bathroom.

Negative: I have about 35 bites that I collected when sleeping in the bedding. Not mosquito bites, bites that occurred when I slept in the master bedroom. Suggest you have the property fumigated. You need to fix the light over the kitchen sink, it does not work. You need to make sure that the walkway down to the dock is illuminated, it could be dark and dangerous. The master bedroom bathroom toilet needs to be repaired. Many times it did not flush. Suggest you add a large pot appropriate for Pasta to your collection of pans. Finally, suggest you put up curtains over the sliding glass doors, it was kinda creepy to know that anyone could come up on that property without you knowing about it and see in.

Summary: It was a fun getaway. Property needs a tiny bit of improvement but it was worth it.
