Summary: Quality Room service is a mess

Summary: Beautiful new hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. The room had lovely views over the garden and pool towards the sea and was spacious with an excellent bathroom. The quality of the food was good and quite varied, only the bread at breakfast was not always fresh. There was a great and very active entertainment team. The room cleaner did a excellent job and was very friendly and helpful. The bartender/waiter of the lobby during the day was also excellent. Finally a word of thanks to the lifeguards and their chief. As soon as it was at all possible, there was assistance with going into the sea, even in less favorable conditions.

Summary: It was great. Nothing wrong except for the sea most of the days the waves were very high and red flag was there except for the last 2 days. Thanks for everyone working there for the good hospitality and overwhelmed treatment especially Mr. Tamer Radwan. Thank you it won't be the last time to visit this real luxury hotel
