Positive: Beautiful, all good included. Staff was so helpful

Negative: The elephant was the only elephant, clearly had anxiety_ pacing back and forth in small enclosure. Unable to roam freely. Looked extremely sad. I should have researched more - I don’t support places like this and I’m sad that I supported this. The elephant had me crying as I watched her. She should have a handler, not a trainer. She should not be made to do tricks. It makes me really sad for her.

Summary: I won’t be back.

Positive: All inclusive resort with personal wildlife elephant experience. The food is delicious and plentiful. The location is next to a river and it's quiet.

Negative: It's a bit isolated and even a walk is not recommended.

Positive: That's EASY !! HOPE the elephant is like a rockstar. is obviously happy of her new situation. feels like she is thanking the world that rescued her. impossible not to love her. Than the staff was INCREDIBLE they put 110% effort to make our stay Special. Max the manager, Phoe & matmei were more than great, very on the customer. we loved the concept and the style. And th effort.

Negative: Too Limited food menu, and very cold also in the room. The shower is very 'impressive" not really functional (that's very personal )

Summary: WORTH the STAY 100% - Special Staff and HOPE IS A STAR !
