Positive: The perfect beach is just a few steps from the terrase and the view is amasing. The apartment is very very nice and very clean, the stuff is cleaning the apartment every single day.... but the impression above all mentioned is unbelieveble frendly hosts. Many thanks for the hostage.

Positive: The apartments all face directly onto Anse Lazio, which we thought was the best beach in the Inner Islands by a long way. Incredible snorkelling, sunsets, and gorgeous white sand. From the apartments you have direct access straight onto the beach, which was amazing - you couldn’t ask for better on Praslin. We enjoyed many lovely evenings on the terrace looking out onto the waves. In addition the room was very clean and comfortable, a good shower, and the family are lovely and welcoming.

Negative: All perfect. It is self catering so bear in mind if you’re staying here that you need to sort food or eat at the nearby restaurant, which closes at 6pm. There are other restaurants a short drive away. A few occasional power cuts due to government maintenance (not the fault of the owners)

Positive: Absolutely amazing place right in front of one of the best beaches in the world. We had an apartment on the top floor. It was spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Personally we preferred the top floor as the view was better and we didn't mind to use stairs. The rooms had nice ceiling fans, so we didn't even have to use air-co (personally, I am not big fan of conditioned air, so for me that was a big plus). The owners of the residence are absolutely fantastic people. Kind, attentive, super helpful, eager to make sure your holidays are perfect. There was no any issues with an early check-in and a late checkout, but I guess this also depends on the availability. Special thanks to Alyssa who organized taxi and a private boat tour for us. Basically, we didn't have to do anything ourselves, everything was perfectly arranged. The location of the residence couldn't be better. It is just right on the beach and we also think that this part of the beach is the best. It is very close to stones on the right side of the beach which is a good place for snorkeling (BTW we saw sea turtles several times there!). And at the same time it is close to a good restaurant and the fantastic Koko Loko bar. The beach is stunning. Turquoise and pristine, super calm water with a pleasant surf at the shore. There were no any signs of seaweed. We were there in the middle of June and we saw seaweed on the opposite side of Praslin, but here it was all clean. Also in June it can be windy in other parts of the island, but on Anse Lazio it was quite good. There was some cooling breeze there, but the water would stay absolutely calm. The beach felt quite secluded. It was almost empty in the morning and it wasn't crowded even in the middle of the day. But I guess it also depends on the season. We found June to be a perfect time to visit with dry weather and fewer people. We look forward to visiting this place again!

The soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters are simply mesmerizing. If you love snorkeling, you’ll be amazed by the vibrant coral reefs teeming with marine life just offshore. The villas are modern, impeccably maintained, and fully equipped with everything you might need. Most importantly, the atmosphere is peaceful and private – no crowds, no noise, just pure relaxation. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful hosts – incredibly kind and welcoming people who made us feel at home. We are deeply grateful and will definitely return!

The proximity to Anse Lazio, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, was a dream come true. I never imagined staying this close to such a stunning beach, waking up every morning to breathtaking views and the sound of the ocean. The apartment was immaculately clean and refreshed daily. We were greeted with a drink of our choice and some of the sweetest bananas, which made us feel immediately at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making it easy to cook or prepare light meals. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious, homey, and flexible with our schedule. Audrey and James even arranged a Creole dinner on our first day in Seychelles, which was a perfect introduction to the Seychelles culture and cuisine. This property truly felt like a home away from home, with exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and genuine hospitality that made our trip incredibly memorable and we cannot wait to be back.

Positive: Best accommodation on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.We were delighted with the accomodation and the hospitality of the owners.Audrey and her family did amazing job there. Apartment was realy spacious,beautifly designed,completily equipted kitchen,king size bed,everything brand new and clean.They welcomed us very warmly with bottle of wino and fruits from their garden! Audrey and her husband even organize suprise for my husband birhday which was so lovely. They made us breakfast every morning on our terase,with the most delicious fruits from their garden. Also there are sun beds for the guests in front of apartment and on the beach.Every night we had the chance to enjoy the most spectacular sunset.
