Positive: The apartment is perfectly located and very large. It could easily be a 5 star luxury apartment, it just needs a bit of upkeep

Negative: We encountered several issues while staying. Nothing that made the apartment unusable, but not up to the standards of other luxury 5 star apartments we have stayed in. Some of the issues were: no hot water in the bathroom faucets unless you simultaneously ran hot water in the shower, microwave door broken, washer/dryer not usable - detergent dispenser was very dirty and the dryer would not dry at all, hair dryer in 2nd bedroom would only work on low, coffee maker only worked sporadically, lounge chair on the patio was broken, shower curtain was moldy on bottom, couldn’t use the hot tub due to unsanitary chemical levels (we carry test strips to test private hot tubs before we use them), need appropriate linens in both bedrooms and bathrooms (old beach towels used as bath towels in bathroom, old scratchy bottom sheets, blankets smelled bad). A write up of basic instructions for appliances would be a big plus also. Could be a great apartment with some fixes and updates.

Negative: The hostess came with nasty unnecessarily nasty comments every now and then. When we arrived I could smell the cigarette smoke in the appartment. The 2 showers didn’t work properly so washing the hair was a struggle. Some drawers very dirty so I had to wash them. Frying pans we’re SO scratched and old we couldn’t make any food on one of them the handle was almost falling off. Some of the balcony doors were not possible to lock so you could hear the traffic at night very well and wasn’t safe for the kids. For this price we expected that everything should be stunning and on the to of the game. They tried to fix the showers though. But I’m they still didn’t work. We have been traveling quite a lot and we know what to expect in a certain price range. Sadly it was definitely not worth it this time.

Positive: We were pleasantly surprised over Lazarica Penthouse and we think this is an amazing value compared to any hotel you can possibly book. You get so much more and the apartment is really one of the best you can think of. Looks expensive in the inside, has jaccuzi with heating and bubbles, very nice LED lights on the terrace and so on. Definitely choose this one if you are thinking about it.

Negative: Everything was good.
