Negative: I made a room food order and they got it wrong, I couldn’t wait for them to make my original order as it took so long for the first one to arrive and I was getting up at 1 am for a flight also when they arrived with my order it wasn’t covered or on a try it was brought by a waiter by hand, I thought that was a bit unhygienic, he could have coughed all over it, how would I know!

Positive: The staff was super friendly, I felt like I made new friends. The distance of the hotel to town center was perfect, nice short walk, food was good. All staff was friendly to answer any questions and they didn't have the answer they would find the answer for us. Another thing with the staff was they were super flexible with our request.

Positive: Great location, friendly staff

Negative: There wasnt anything to dislike really. We had a rugby team and I dont think thats the hotels market. They seem more corporate so I wouldnt recommend it to young sporting teams but I definitely would recommend it to family, & friends.

Positive: The first day I had to pay for breakfast even it was included with accommodation. Location of foods was not very good- not visible. The food was ok

Negative: What I didn’t like was no explanation of how and where the breakfast table was located. Language barrier. They are quick to charge you for the next day’s accommodation when you have not slept there yet.

Positive: Like most places in Samoa the service is good and friendly. Nice pool and looks and feels like a posh and trendy place. Location is great. When the curtains are closed the room is as dark as night, which helps when landing somewhere a 10 hour time difference from home

Negative: The rooms are well equipped and nicely furnished, but are small and the "desk" is a small shelf.

Negative: I gave laundry in a hotel provided laundry bag, they returned washed laundry in the same bag; guys that’s become a dirty bag, Waste of laundry bill and time, did Landry again at next location
