The house is fully equipped for up to 10 people and has 4 large double rooms - 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom - all 3 bathrooms have bath and shower, 2 being ensuite. The family room has a kingsize double and a single bed. All bedrooms are fitted and equipped to luxury hotel standards and have flat screen TVs.
There are spacious eating and lounging areas and a fully fitted luxury kitchen and adjoining boot room.

Summary: We’ve not been to Devon with our children but this was definitely worth waiting for . Amazing family home , fabulous views and pool with a short walk into Dartmouth and all the lovely things to do there . Lovely spaces in the house to play games and the best equipped kitchen we’ve seen in s rental property . The owner was very friendly and welcoming even when th traffic meant we arrived early ! Lovely lovely holiday .

Summary: A great well kept property and a great location however if you are looking for a private get away from the hustle and bustle of the city then privacy is the only thing that lets this location down. There is an upstairs separate flat that overlooks the pool and a business ran from the front garage with various people about most of the day. We took a couple of deliveries for the business from Amazon vans that are more than anoying if you don’t answer the door. Otherwise everything is 10 out of 10
