Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The size of the house and the living room was perfect for a large group. Loved the bifold doors providing access to a lovely seating area, accompanied by the excellent surround sound.

Negative: The single beds on wheels where a little hazardous. With the slightest of touches, or even just sitting on bed, you flew across the bedroom.

Summary: Exceptional Modern House , perfect for large families.

Positive: Had a space for everything and everyone had everything you would need , was top notch

Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was the beds didn’t have locks on the wheels and they moved as you got on the bed

Summary: My stay was fantastic having a big family it catered for all of us while we were visiting my parents who live in sandown

Positive: The location and the quality of the house was excellent

Negative: Wifi did not work - at all. Phoned on arrival and agents did not know there was a problem - but the owner did, he apologised and said he was waiting for a part and it was not going to arrive during our stay. Not helped by the absence of a phone signal in the house. Off grid for a week! Some of the guests were not keen on the automatic lighting - came on when you walked into a room - not always needed and in one bathroom it did not work at all. Also, heating was controlled by owner remotely, generally too warm. The advice given was to open windows if you get too hot.
