Positive: One of the best places I have ever visited, the landlord lady was so nice and helpful, she even made me feel that I wish I could stay longer. If I ever go visiting again I’ll definitely book this place twice!!!!!!!!!

Positive: Great location - safe despite being on a lively street in Old Town, easy to walk and explore Bilbao, lots of restaurants and cafes near by, easy walk to Guggenheim. Mercedes was an enthusiastic and very helpful host - she accommodated an early check-in, was very responsive on WhatsApp, helped with lunch and dinner recommendations. Kitchen was stocked with basic essentials (salt pepper sugar, some coffee) which was helpful. Laundry machine dryer had a slight issue but she and her husband came and fixed it.

Negative: One of the bathrooms was super super tiny! We managed for 2 days, but was a bit of stretch.

Positive: Everything about this apartment was amazing starting with the owner Mercedes. She meet us in the apartment gave us the keys and gave us tons of places and ideas of things to do while in Bilbao. I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was beautiful and we feel at home.
