Positive: Location and views. Jarrod was friendly on arrival. Candles were a nice touch.

Negative: Lighting in bathroom poor over mirror. Also we needed to unclog sitting water on patio under plants to let water away.

Positive: Clean and tidy with a nice balcony. Spacious

Negative: Too far out of town for us. 30 minute walk to the city. Bed not overly comfortable but wad ok. Couch was very uncomfortable. Was actually outside furniture used indoors. Washing machine was difficult to use and took forever to wash a few clothes. A simple timed washer would be way better. Car park area was extremely tight especially for a larger vehicle.

Summary: Overall we were disappointed. We had high expectations given the price.

Positive: we travelled around Nelson during our 4 days there but it was a delight to come back to this convenient spacious unit on the waterfront. It was luxurious with every amenity you could want in an apartment with added security for our car & entrance into the building. We especially liked the restaurants along the water & being able to walk along this interesting & beautiful harbour.

Negative: Generally very happy. However we were a little disapointed that the upstairs neighbours were noisey, given the rules that are in place.

Negative: The only negative was the lack of air conditioning. It was directly over the front door and no where near the lounge/ bedroom. It made no impact at all
