Positive: It is well positioned, walking distance from shops and restaurants, spacious and great view

Negative: The fish pond infornt of property is overstocked with fish and water is filthy and not circulated, situation is bad, it is a situation of animal cruelty. A better control maganism can be installed on wooden door so that is does not slap closed

Positive: Beautiful views. Great deck area with barbecue. Very safe. Small plunge pool on the deck and a large communal pool and clubhouse. Great sized bedrooms, each with bathroom and main ensuite. Excellent cupboard space. Fully equipped. Very friendly and accommodating host

Negative: Not much not to like but if I am being critical, no aircon in main living area (only bedrooms). Sea access (for watersports) but no swimming or beach.

Positive: The resort was located close to many facilities, restaurants, recreational options. The penthouse was spacious, very clean and well appointed. Falzana was very helpful in getting us settled in and she responded quickly to any questions and requests during our stay.

Negative: We had only one minor complaint and that was that the promised housekeeping service (every three days) did not materialize. However the apartment was equipped for us to keep it clean ourselves.
