Positive: Very simple and basic but clean and quiet and a 2 min walk from the White Temple. Perfect for an overnight stay in Chiang Rai. Latisha was kind and very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Negative: There was no hand soap and the bathroom floor can get a bit messy as it has no separation from the shower floor

Positive: The bathroom was huge, and everything was very clean. The location is great, about 2 minutes walk to the White Temple. About 15 minutes drive to Singha Park where I was attending an event with friends.

Negative: There were no tea and coffee making facilities. I bring my own coffee and mug, but needed hot water. The accommodation is on a one way street which is effectively closed at night, I had to drive in the wrong direction to gain access. This is out of the owner's control, but inconvenient.

Summary: Practically next door to the White Temple!
