Positive: The quietest and most private stay we have ever had in 5 trips to Madrid, two minutes from the La Latina metro stop and a really good supermarket. The keyless entry was a nice convenience and the A/C in the lounge and the bedroom was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped, although you need to bring your own olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee pods, etc

Negative: The kitchen cabinet doors have really sharp aluminum corners which requires some attention to avoid painful encounters.

Positive: The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. Parking is very close and the beds were very comfortable.

Negative: It's difficult to find due to the very strange arrangement of the street. Coffee maker needs replacing. it just smashes the K-cup pods

Positive: The apartment is clean and has all services along with lift. The location is amazing close to transportation metro , buses, shops I arrived early and they let me in the apartment around 12 PM prior to checkin time

Positive: Getting into the apartment was easy, with an electronic link provided and the contact with the owners was quick and efficient. The location is spot on, next to the metro station and walking distance into town. Modern apartment.

Negative: The bed was not very comfortable, specifically the pillows. Additionally, it got a bit cold in the evening, the heating was not enough.

Positive: Apartment was beautiful, well presented & everything we could ask for.

Negative: A little difficult to obtain access, however this was our first experience of remote access so could of been us, our flight was delayed, it was dark & rainy however the host was more than accomodating to us, quick to answer & was so polite and attentive to every query we had throughout our stay, please know this was so appreciated.

Positive: - perfect location (central, very well served by public transport, supermarkets/market nearby) - very well-equipped - washing machine with dryer - lots of storage space - air-conditioned

Negative: - the glass table next to the sofa bed is too big and not very functional, we had to keep it under the kitchen table when sofa bed was open.

Summary: We felt right at home and got a taste of being locals in Madrid!
