Positive: very beautiful place with a lot of lovely little details (welcome drink, anti-mosquito tabs for the room etc.) We stayed for two nights and we really enjoyed it. The stuff is super lovely and they went above and beyond to make us have a great stay.

Positive: Very nice hotel in Tilcara Beautiful room with terrace and view over city / to mountains Good breakfast Staff was VERY helpful with flat tire

Negative: Parking difficult (large bump to get to parking, that's what partly caused the flat tire)

Positive: Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms overlooking the mountains.

Negative: Service at breakfast on our last day was disappointing as nobody seemed to be around serving or replenishing the food. Previous days were fine.
