Positive: Staff responded promptly to questions regarding amenities before arrival. Great view in a quiet community.

Negative: The matress and pillows in the master bedroom were unsupported and uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping in a sagging matress and pillows. Had difficulty sleeping and waking up with neck and back pain. Days later, still in pain.

Negative: -all bedrooms upstairs -overall appeared clean downstairs. Needs deep cleaning to upstairs bedrooms/bathrooms

Positive: Location was fantastic! Very well upkept vacation home, features were great and A+ on clean. Overall ammenities where of a modern tech home, and the quality of our place was fantastic.

Negative: We had a small hiccup with the thermostat engaging and dis-engaging. We re-seated the smart ac thermostat and it started to work perfectly.
