Positive: Loved the architecture and ambience. The main pool was beautiful and we also really enjoyed the Beach Club pool and the treats etc during “happy hour” - served by great staff!

Negative: Did not enjoy the music at the main pool, when it was cranked up for the aquatic exercises and remained high for the rest of the afternoon. Regarding our room, we reported twice that the coffee maker did not work - nothing was done and we didn’t use it throughout our stay. Re bathroom supplies, we were often missing a bath mat, face cloths, hand towel, after the room had been cleaned. Disappointing service. The stairs up from the beach/pool then to our room were a trial - it’s the main thing that would stop me making a return visit.

Negative: We asked for a quiet room when booking but were offered a compromised room on arrival. They did change our room to an excellent one so all was well.

Positive: The look and feel of resort was great. The food was fantastic and room was big cold and clean.

Negative: First night there was a wedding with very loud music until 2am. The resort is a little dated and the road up to the resort is very rough.
