Positive: We stayed in a brand new huge room! The bed was big and super comfortable. The location is great as it’s walking distance from the turtle beach and just a 5’ Tuk Tuk ride to Mirissa beach. It was also so quiet and relaxing and was the best sleep we had in Sri Lanka. The AC and ceiling fan worked perfectly. The hosts were very nice, helpful and attentive. If going to Mirissa I can’t recommend a better place and great value for money.

Positive: Clean and comfy place with super friendly owners. Definitely our favorite stay in Sri Lanka! A bit far from the center, but a tuk-tuk ride solves that easily.

Positive: The room is clean, spacious and new. WiFi is stable and good for remote working Staff are helpful and reliable. They help me to arrange pick up service between Colombo airport and Mirissa. Sometimes the power is gone but the staff will fix it within 5 mins so not a big deal The Main Street is walking distance, just 5mins but a bit dark at night.

Positive: It was an amazing stay! The room is spacious, and all the furniture and equipment are brand new, as well as bathroom. Air conditioner is silent and fresh. The hotel is located in a quiet area; however, the beach is just a 5-min walk away. The host paid a lot of attention to details: all stuff are clean and perfect. I traveled throughout the island, and this hotel was the best, especially for price/quality ratio.

Summary: Your stay here is as comfortable as it can be in Sri Lanka.

Positive: The room was well equipped and spacious! The bathroom was also pleasantly large and modern! The host was very friendly and accommodating! We can recommend this accommodation!

Negative: The bed was unfortunately noisy when turned over and the cushions were rather uncomfortable.

Positive: The room and bathroom are brand new, spacious, nicely furnished and spotless. A nice touch is the big bar of soap in the bathroom.

Negative: I was disappointed with the breakfast. It was supposed to be an English breakfast, but only had one spoonful of baked beans, two tiny sausages and a dried up fried egg. One teabag and a large pot of hot water. The fruitbowl was nicely presented. The staff was friendly but I hardly saw them during my two days stay. I had to yell out for them when we had a power failure. One of the boys did come out straight away and fixed the problem in 30 minutes.
