Summary: Although hospitality service was by request (which is fine as I didn't need a full room cleaning) I did ask several times for clean towels. Twice they said they didn't have any and a third time I was told they would be brought to my room while I was out and they never were. The fourth time I asked, I was brought two towels, one of which still looked dirty so I didn't use. Also, I was disappointed that the air conditioning was only in the main living area, not in the bedroom. There was a standing fan, but the only place to plug it in was by unplugging the TV.

Summary: Overall the place was very nice. My room could use a little refreshing, including drapes. The tub/shower was a retrofit and made a lot of creaking noise. Room was otherwise very nice with a big fridge, micro, kitchenette, dishes, etc. Very quiet and comfortable. Be careful - their extra $10/night parking fee isn't well disclosed.

Summary: Wonderful, had a bad experience at my initial booking, Larkspur saved the day. I would stay over and over again. Very friendly frint desk. The only dark spot was the homeless community, which i witnessed Larkspur handle with class.

Summary: From the moment I arrived I was very impressed. The staff was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised by the room. Was not expecting a full kitchen. Though it was a great value and very spacious for myself. The AC was excellent as I am a hot sleeper usually. I didn’t have any issues during my stay and I will definitely stay there again. Great location with a few stores and food places nearby.

Summary: It was very disappointing the carpets needed a deep cleaning. There was ants in the bathroom and the security in the parking lot did not seem very attentive. it was good enough for a one night stay.
