Positive: The view, large space with room for everyone. Literally, walk yo everything.

Negative: Our signed contract never got sent over to the front desk so there was a delay in obtaining the keys.

Positive: A large apartment, comfortable and large beds, plenty of room, clean sheets and towels. Easy access to the building and to the apartment which is on the 16th floor so the view is nice. Walking distance to many restaurants and cafés.

Negative: One of the rooms was a bit smaller an there was not much light in the room. Some of the kitchenware was not clean. Not possible to keep luggage anywhere after checkout and the checkout is quite early or at 10 am

Summary: Nice spacious apartment in a fairly good location.

Positive: Location. Within walking comfort to restaurants. Garage parking. Complete facilities like home. They have everything covered. Very thoughtful.

Negative: 2 portable AC a bit noisy and a bit out of place. But they cool the place nicely.

Summary: Two thumps up!!! Will book it again next time we come to Denver .

Positive: The location was ideal as we wanted to be downtown and walk to the concert at Empower Field. The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our needs!! Loved the three rooms with 4 beds! Perfect.

Negative: The parking situation could have been more clear. The link to the building led us to the ally first so we parked in the public parking next door and walked over to inquire about the parking at the front desk. There was a temp that was unsure of how it all worked. We eventually got it sorted…somewhat. We had three cars that we could have easily all parked in the garage with the unit parking spot and the visitor’s spots. That would have been nice to know ahead of time and I wouldn’t have stressed so much about it. One of our cars just parked in the public parking all paid for it but didn’t need to.

Summary: We enjoyed our short stay and it was comfortable, clean, and had an amazing location!!

Positive: The apartment was great, the community room was awesome and there was a great little grill deck. The location was amazing- we could walk to everything we needed (Union Station, the mall area, Coors Field, the dispensaries)!

Negative: The AC is broken and they had two portables in the unit to help but the hose kept falling off one even after we called maintenance. So, be prepared that the place is staying around 75-77 degrees minimum inside which made sleeping hard. Everyone had to sleep with the doors to their room open which gave very little privacy. Also, the toilets barely flush all of the #2 down so prepare to flush multiple times. Last and super petty, the deadbolt lock sticks sometimes - so leaving the unit is a challenge at times.

Summary: Great location, beautiful place/views, broken AC.

Positive: This property was perfect for our group stay in Downtown Denver. You can walk to many popular sights nearby and Union Station is very close which made it easy to take the train right to the airport. We walked to the ballpark and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The condo was very clean and well stocked with amenities. The beds were comfortable, you have great views of the city as well. Checking process was easy and the concierge was always very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

Summary: Large Condo well situated to many of downtown Denver's best sites.

Positive: The property had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Everything was high-quality and in great condition. We took our two teenagers and felt very safe the entire time. The property managers were very responsive. We will definitely book this place again.
