Summary: Checked in to find that we had been upgraded from what would have been a very good room to the ‘Room 1’ Heritage Deluxe Room which had an even bigger Spa bath and the best of views. Dinner at the hotel was good, staff professional and helpful. Will be back.

Summary: We had originally booked a heritage room whilst it is a beautiful room ! It was just way too many flights of stairs with luggage to navigate on a daily basis. We were repositioned onto the ground floor with no fuss, this room was clean but a little old, a cupboard door fell off but was promptly fixed, the room can become a little noisy with foot traffic on a weekend, the shower recess allows water to freely pass through onto the bathroom floor which becomes soaked & the wifi is very sketchy also the tv is too small for the size of the room. The location is awesome as are the meals & the staff are wonderful, so I suppose the $ per room reflects well on what you get. We would definitely return.

Summary: We have stayed here a few times but this time we were put in the end room and the bed was so horrible. The beds when we stayed before were great.

Summary: Lovely room in heritage style, spoilt a little by the common balcony shared by everyone else. That resulted in people partying outside our room until nearly midnight. Otherwise this is one of our favourite accommodation places on the coast in Adelaide
