The house consists of 10 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms distributed between the ground floor and the first floor, guaranteeing a little calm for everyone, even when the house is fully occupied.
In the large main living room is added a 2nd living room (TV) available upstairs.
The 7000m2 garden extends to the neighboring field, not overlooked.

Summary: This house is fantastic. We were able to create a super atmosphere with eclectic vinyl records (and great speakers) and an open fire. The swimming pool and kids toys/ trampoline gave us adults plenty of peace. Lovely bean to cup coffee machine - loved this place!

Summary: This was a marvellously comfortable house in beautiful grounds, ideal for our party of 10 adults and 5 children. We had everything we needed, a perfectly equipped kitchen,comfortable beds, a lovely pool, within easy reach of the coastal villages and only just over an hour from the Dieppe ferry. We would love to come again!

Summary: We were a large group of 21 family members aging from 3 to 76. The house had a very nice atmosphere and had room enough to give space for all without feeling crowded. Huge garden and a lovely pool that was frequently used despite the cold and wet weather conditions we got during our stay. Overall nice and clean with all necessary amenities. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Summary: Property is as described and were very happy with it. Pool was excellet. We did have a couple of problems with plumbing and hot water but Sander was very quick to respond each time and resolved these very quickly (i.e. withing an hour or 2!). One thing which could improve it even more would be a wider selection of comfortable sun chairs / loungers. They have a great table and bench and some deck chairs but loungers or air chairs would be even better - but that is just personal prefernce. This is a great property!

Summary: We had a great week with 10 adults and 8 children from 0,5 to10 years. The house was a perfect place for relaxed days and lots of things to do for the children: ping pong, football, baseball, tree house, heated pool… The two livingrooms offered tots of space but the table in the kitchen was too small for all of us.

Summary: This is an excellent very large house. We were a group of 4 families, 16 in total and it accommodated us very well. Garden is huge and the pool is heated to a good temperature.

Summary: Close to the local town and beaches, the large, comfortable house with huge garden and warm swimming pool was a super place to meet up with family. 5 bathrooms in total (3 with shower) plus separate downstairs wc. There are ample bikes for children but despite asking about bikes for adults, there were none available during our stay (the largest bikes would suit 11-12 years). The check-in and out arrangements were pleasant and efficient. It would be helpful if more than one key could be made available.

Summary: We were a large group of 8 adults and 6 children. The house accommodated us all easily - with space to spare! Very spacious garden and great games (table tennis etc). Only minor comment is that the kitchen and fridge space could have been bigger for such a big house. We would completely recommend the property!
