Our beautiful 1 bedroom, 1bath condo is located in the heart of the awesome Seascape Resort that features a challenging 18 hole championship golf course, Pro Shop, 8 tennis courts, basketball court, 6 clay pickleball courts, 5 swimming pools(3 heated in the winter) and acres of beautiful landscaped grounds ending at the stunning Gulf of Mexico, where you can relax on the Resort beach with a drink from the Tikky bar or take a full meal at the Whale's Tail Restaurant.
The bedroom has a 1 king bed and the living room a queen sleeper sofa, sleeping total 4 . Kitchen is fully stocked with all needed appliances, dishes and cooking needs.
Condo amenities included: free wireless internet, Tv's in each room, washer/dryer, charcoal grill, comfortable outdoor seating and dining.
Seascape Resort is a 5 minute drive to Silver Outlett Mall with over 100 name brand stores, a 10 min drive to Destin Commons Mall and Rave Movie Theater, and a 15 minute drive to the Destin Harbor. Great restaurants and fun things to do are in the vicinity area. Very closed to restaurants, grocery, gas station, liquor stores, etc
The condo is on the ground level and set in a park-like area(see pictures) with the pool right by your side.
A perfect place to relax after an active day on the beach. Also a very pet friendly setting should your pet accompany you. Best of all, the condo is just minutes from the beach where there is a parking lot for residents or 5 minutes walk.

Summary: The owner was quick with communication. The condo was clean and as described. We didnt use any of the facilities (pool, courts etc) so I cant speak to those. The only negative was the noise at times. The ground keepers were very loud and used an extremely loud leaf blower every morning right outside the sliding doors and the front door. You also heard the upstairs neighbor walking, their dog running, and anything they did (pulled chair out, dropped something on the ground, etc).

Summary: It was clean and well equipped. Nice grounds for walking. Friendly. Having to go to another location and pay 25 for a parking pass for the month was irksome. We enjoyed Seascape for the most part. Owner was very responsive and kind.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay. Steps away from pool, pickle ball courts and grill. Beautiful grounds and condo had everything we needed. Owner was very easy and kind to deal with-huge plus they allowed our dog to stay as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The condo was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was a 9 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Sun, Sand, and Soul music festival produced by Topeka Music Vacations.

Summary: The location was awesome! Peaceful, lots of green space. Golf course out front door and pickleball out back door. Close to pool too. Hostess is fantastic! Responsive to any questions. Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Definitely coming back!
